What we do
- We buy. Every week, at Florida clerk auctions. When a clerk changes a deposit rule or a platform changes how proxy bids work, we find out on a sale morning.
- We buy for investors. We research, bid and close for people who want Florida property without doing the courthouse work themselves.
- We are a brokerage. That means we can help close a deal, not only find it: the auction purchase, the resale, and the next property bought the ordinary way.
- We show the work. The system, the hand-in-hand programme and the weekly list all come out of the same work.

What we will not tell you
