Who we are
Florida Foreclosure Playbook is operated by New Level Investment RE, a Florida real estate brokerage. The same company buys property at Florida foreclosure auctions for its own account and on behalf of investors.
Fees on auction purchases
Two programs carry a percentage fee tied to a purchase: an optional 2.5% fee when a member of The Complete System asks us to walk them through a sale, and a 1% fee on each of the first 10 sales for System + Hand in Hand members. These fees are compensation for real estate brokerage services. They are agreed in writing with New Level Investment RE before any service is provided, and they are paid to New Level Investment RE, not to an individual.
We bid at the same auctions
New Level Investment RE and its investor clients may bid at the same county auctions as our members, and occasionally on the same property. We tell you before a sale if we or a client intend to bid on a property you have asked us about, and you are always free to bid against us. Nothing we publish requires you to buy through us.
Subscriptions and cancelling
The Weekly List is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and cancelling stops the next monthly charge. The price, the billing date and how to cancel are shown to you before you give any payment details.
Payments and refunds
Nothing is charged through this website. The price and the refund terms for a program are given to you in writing before you pay, and you should read them before you join.
What we collect
When you send the form we receive your name, email, optional phone number, the county you are interested in and the program you asked about. If analytics are enabled and you allow them, we also record how you used the site.
How we use it
To send what you asked for, to reply to you, and to tell you what we publish. If you gave a phone number, we may call or text about your request. We do not sell your information.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from any email with one click. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to info@newlevelinvestment.com. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for analytics.
